Identical to 3120B but with short cables.
 Using a patented system of slides, the hand-rail is easily adjusted from the ground, minimum height: 0.95m, maximum height: 2.75m by jumps of 20 then 10cm.
 Thanks to the quick tensioners, assembly and disassembly are immediate, possibility of receiving an asymmetric bar hand-rail.
 Supplied with low support spacer serving as a pivot (2 special pivots are provided for installation on a pit).
