This mat allows gymnasts to replicate the angle of the competion floor when practising diagonal movements, whilst reducing the risk of strain injuries. Gymnasts can attempt to land within the designated floor area. The visual marker allow the mats to be poitionned quickly in the correct place accross the diagonal.
